CANCELLATIONWe understand that plans change so if you need to cancel a class, please do so within our cancellation window - at least 12 hours before the start of class. If you have to cancel your class outside of this window, you’ll be automatically charged a $2,000 late cancellation fee. If you are a member, your credits will be automatically refunded once you cancel at least 30 minutes before the start of class. If you aren’t a member, you have the option to receive a gift card or be refunded to your original payment method, less any fees.
-
CREDITSWe use a dynamic credit-based model for all group classes. As a member, any unused credits will rollover to the next month once your membership remains active. All unused credits will expire on December 31st of each year. Credits may not be transferred to someone else but can be applied to in-studio purchases.
-
NO SHOWSWe understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot make it to class. However, class space is limited and your failure to cancel prevents other members from being moved off the waitlist and getting the opportunity to take a class. As a result, you will be charged $3,500 no show fee and your credits will be forfeited.
-
RETURNS & REFUNDSIf you purchased a drop-in class and cancelled at least 30 minutes before the start of class, you are eligible to be refunded your original payment method, less a 5% processing fee and any applicable late cancellation fee. Please note, refunds are typically reflected in 7-10 business days. We do not offer refunds on membership payments. To learn more about how our memberships work, please read our membership agreement. We do not offer refunds or returns on any grip socks purchased in-studio. However, you may exchange any socks purchased within 7 days of purchase.

THINGS TO KNOWYour space in class must be reserved in advance, online or through the app. Classes can be paid for using existing credits, a gift card or you can purchase credits during checkout. You have the option to pay in-studio by credit or debit card — we do not accept cash payments. You must be at least 18 years old to take a class with us. We encourage our members to Leave It At The Door so the ab lab is phone and shoe free. We have secure lockers to store all your items. Grip socks with silicone soles are required for all classes. For your safety, you won’t be able to participate barefoot or in regular socks. Don’t worry, we have socks on sale at the studio if you forget yours.
-
MEMBERSHIPSMemberships are billed monthly and will automatically renew. Our month-to-month membership is non-binding so you have the flexibility to cancel without a fee. While you may cancel your three month and six month memberships at any time, you will be charged an early exit fee. To learn more about our memberships, please visit our membership page.
-
WAITLISTIf a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, members will be automatically assigned based on your position on the waitlist. We’ll send you an email and app push notification at least 60 minutes before class and credits are only deducted when you are assigned a spot. If you need to be taken off the waitlist prior to being assigned a spot, please email us at info@ablabfitness.com or contact us on WhatsApp. While we can remove you from the waitlist, we are unable to add you to it.

What do I need to bring with me for class? We provide everything that you need to take a class with us. We recommend bringing your own towel and water since our classes are designed to make you sweat. To minimise possible accidents in the ab lab, we kindly ask that all water bottles have flip-lids or no-spill covers.
-
What if I get stuck in traffic and arrive late?We completely understand that traffic can be bad, especially after work. However, to minimise distractions for other members and make sure you don’t miss out important instructions, there will be no entry into class once the door is locked. To be on the safe side, we’d recommend booking class times where you can arrive 10 minutes before and get yourself settled.
