Research found that 150 minutes of moderate-impact exercise a week improves your heart health, memory, mood and sleep. So we made our classes 50 minutes, just 3x a week will get you to the goal (you’re welcome!).

You’ll burn 250 - 350 calories** in our standard classes and upwards of 450 calories in our higher intensity formats.

Our classes target your deep abdominal walls. You'll feel a difference in your core strength after 3 weeks* and see a difference in just 6-8 weeks*.

Our classes place an emphasis on your alignment, stability and range of motion to prevent injuries.

We use slow, controlled, resistance-based movements with carefully curated sequences to give you a defined physique without adding bulk. You’ll see more muscle tone in your arms, legs, glutes and core and feel a difference from head to toe.

Pilates reminds us how to breathe. Mindful movements and breathwork have a calming effect on the mind, reducing anxiety, decreasing stress, and lowering blood pressure.
