We use slow, controlled, resistance-based movements with carefully curated sequences to give you a defined physique without adding bulk. You’ll see more muscle tone in your arms, legs, glutes and core and feel a difference from head to toe.
We’ll make you sweat
You’ll burn 250 - 350 calories** in our standard classes and upwards of 450 calories in our higher intensity formats.

Our classes place an emphasis on your alignment, stability and range of motion to prevent injuries.

Pilates reminds us how to breathe. Mindful movements and breathwork have a calming effect on the mind, reducing anxiety, decreasing stress, and lowering blood pressure.
